Your archive boxes will be bar coded and scanned into our record management database, enabling us to know the exact location of your box or file for quick and easy retrieval. These archives are stored in our purpose built shelved containers, which can be located in central London or Swindon. A box or a file can be retrieved whenever it is required and Ward-Thomas will arrange prompt delivery and re-collection when you have finished with the item.
