Booking the Move - Consideration of Your Requirements
1. Contact Ward-Thomas at their London Head Office to arrange for a consultant to visit and discuss all your moving needs.
2. We will look at all your items to be moved and remind you of garages, lofts, out buildings and garden furniture etc.
3. The packing and handling of items will be described and any specialist skills will be arranged e.g. grandfather clocks, pianos. Antiques and Fine Arts will be passed through to our Fine Arts Department who will liaise with the team leader in charge of your removal.
4. A written quotation will be send to you with an acceptance form for you to sign and return.
5. A moving date can be provisionally booked, but does need to be confirmed as soon as you know the date you wil be moving. A fully booked move is when the date has been booked with Ward-Thomas removals and the payment has been received in full.
